We really want to express our appreciation for the quality of the service you have offered to us. Moving from PEI to Ontario, having to split the family for more than a month and restarting from scratch was pretty stressful. We sincerely think you made it easier for us on the selling of our house at 27 Raspberry Avenue in Charlottetwon.

We're not quite sure where you duty usually stops but we know for sure that you offered us way more. Giving me tips on touch ups to do before selling, trying to translate in French almost every email you sent us, take countless hours to explain every aspects of the transaction, making us comfortable the whole time, being accessible every single time we needed you, feeding the cats before showings, helping us with the fixing of the door and windows issues and the list goes on. All that at a very competitive commission rate.

Buying and selling a house is demanding and worrying. Having a professional that gives the maximum of himself and does it with heart made the whole difference to us on both occasions. It was a real pleasure to do business with you.

I remember our first visit when we put our house on the market, you didn't want to start snacking on the munchies we put on the table because you were afraid not to stop. You finally dug in and... you were right! That's why we though the gift would be appreciated. And since your wife had her share of inconvenient calls on supper hours and evenings, we though of her too...
